Xplore Reward Policy
- Customers must submit the referral before the new account is created.
- The referred account must be active for more than 30 days before the credit can be applied.
- Credit processing time is 30 days to 60 days after the 30-day activation period has passed.
- Referring customer account must be active and in good standing.
- If referring customer's account is not in good standing within 6 months of reward qualification, reward will be forfeited.
- Offer not available to employees of Xplore Inc., installers or dealers of Xplore services.
- Refer-A-Friend Rewards are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of Xplore.
- To get the $100 bill credit, the referral must be submitted to Xplore on or before June 30, 2026, and the internet must be installed on or before July 31, 2026.
By participating in the Xplore Refer-a-Friend program, you acknowledge that you have an existing personal or family relationship with the referred party and the explicit consent of the referred party (“referral”) to submit their contact information to Xplore Inc. (“Xplore”) for further email and phone communications. Referral’s name, address and telephone number must be provided to Xplore prior to the referral’s initial contact with Xplore or dealer to request to sign up as an Xplore customer.
